Conference: "The Boundaries of Government in Modern Ireland" - Monday 28 April 2003

A One day Conference entitled "The Boundaries of Government in Modern Ireland" takes place on Monday, 28 April 2003 at the Institute for the Study of Social Change (ISSC).

This is the inaugural conference of the interdisciplinary Governance Research Programme at ISSC. The conference will focus on vital issues in Irish politics including interactions between central government, policy
makers, organised interests and the wider institutional
environments.

It brings together both academic experts and practitioners in the relevant fields in three main themes - Accountability and Corruption; Regulation; and Governance and Civil Society.
